Refund Policy

1. You have 14 business days (from the date of receipt) to return an item for any reason. To return an item, please create a return label and send us your online order.

2. Items must be returned in their original condition (unopened and in original packaging). Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it (including original packaging).
Do not return the package directly to our studio. Please contact us at wawddsaz@gmail.com to submit your return request so that we can provide the most appropriate return address for the issue.

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless it is our fault.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you a confirmation email and refund the amount due within 15 business days.
