Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing in addition to shipping time.
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
*Please note that our order processing time is 10:00-18:00 (EST) Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays such as Christmas and New Year). If you place an order after 18:00 on Friday, your order will be delayed until the Monday after the holiday. If you place an order during the holiday, your order will be delayed until after the holiday.

2. Address Change
If you want to change the delivery address of your order, please contact us by email within 24 hours of placing the order and provide the new delivery address.
Please check your address before completing your order. We cannot change the delivery address after the order has been shipped.
We are not responsible if the address you provide is incorrect. We will ship according to your delivery address. We will not return orders to incorrect addresses. If returned, we can resend your order to the correct address (you need to pay for shipping) or refund your original shipping cost.

3. Shipping Method

We offer free shipping for orders over $59. For orders under $59, a one-time shipping fee of $6.95 is required.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We offer worldwide shipping services. | (Except Cuba, Iran, Ukraine, North Korea, Sudan, Syria)

Standard Shipping Time

Europe: 5 - 10 working days

USA and Canada: 7 - 15 working days

Oceania: 7 - 21 working days

Latin America: 10 - 25 working days

Other countries: 14 - 30 working days

5. Duties and Fees

Depends on the policy of each country and should be borne by the buyer.
You can leave a message when ordering to let us know the value you wish to declare.
Usually, we will take the product as a sample and reduce the price to help you avoid customs duties as much as possible.
You will receive the goods in your order.

6. Damaged, lost or missing packaging during transportation

If the product is damaged: Any anomalies (damage, breakage) related to the delivered product must be reported by email (wawddsaz@gmail.com) within 3 days of receiving the product. Please indicate the order number in the email and attach photos of the damage. If the item (or part of it) is missing or you received the wrong item, please contact us by email (wawddsaz@gmail.com).
